1. What kind of products do you sell?

We sell a wide variety of fun, creative, and quirky products including gadgets, home decor, pop culture items, accessories, stationery, gifts, and more. Basically – all the cool stuff you never knew you needed!


2. Do you ship all over India?

Yes! We offer shipping across India. Whether you’re in a metro city or a small town, we’ll make sure your cool stuff reaches you.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options – UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select areas.


5. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for most pin codes in India. You can check COD availability at checkout.


6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at our support email or WhatsApp to request changes.


7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re really sorry if that happens! Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


8. Do you accept returns?

Yes! If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please make sure the product is unused and in original packaging.
